Before you start the challenge:

  1. Start reducing your sugar, caffeine, sodium, alcohol and stress.
  2. Notify your family and friends of your new challenge and ask for support.
  3. Review meal plan - Grocery shopping

Beginning Weigh In: Submit a video or picture by 7:00 pm - upload into your Passion app profile (if applicable). If you do not have a Passion app profile submit video or picture directly 678.698.5216

Week 1:

  1. Week 1 Meal Plan: Vegetables Only, everyday, every meal. 700 calories in the AM hours and 700 caloies in the PM hours. 
  2. No more than 1400 calories per day
  3. Minimum 77 oz. of water each day.
  4. Vitamin each day (after first meal)
  5. 7 prayers of gratitude each day
  6. Workout each day minium 57 minutes each day.
  7. Minimum 7K steps each day
  8. Weigh in every Saturday by 7:00 pm
  9. Q&A Zoom Meeting Every Saturday 12:30 pm.

Week 2:

  1. Week 2 Meal Plan: Vegetables and Lean Meat Only, everyday, every meal. 700 calories in the AM hours and 700 caloies in the PM hours. 
  2. No more than 1400 calories per day
  3. Minimum 77 oz. of water each day.
  4. Vitamin each day (after first meal)
  5. 7 prayers of gratitude each day
  6. Workout each day minium 57 minutes each day.
