Before you start the challenge:
- Start reducing your sugar, caffeine, sodium, alcohol and stress.
- Notify your family and friends of your new challenge and ask for support.
- Review meal plan - Grocery shopping
Beginning Weigh In: Submit a video or picture by 7:00 pm - upload into your Passion app profile (if applicable). If you do not have a Passion app profile submit video or picture directly 678.698.5216
Week 1:
- Week 1 Meal Plan: Vegetables Only, everyday, every meal. 700 calories in the AM hours and 700 caloies in the PM hours.
- No more than 1400 calories per day
- Minimum 77 oz. of water each day.
- Vitamin each day (after first meal)
- 7 prayers of gratitude each day
- Workout each day minium 57 minutes each day.
- Minimum 7K steps each day
- Weigh in every Saturday by 7:00 pm
- Q&A Zoom Meeting Every Saturday 12:30 pm.
Week 2:
- Week 2 Meal Plan: Vegetables and Lean Meat Only, everyday, every meal. 700 calories in the AM hours and 700 caloies in the PM hours.
- No more than 1400 calories per day
- Minimum 77 oz. of water each day.
- Vitamin each day (after first meal)
- 7 prayers of gratitude each day
- Workout each day minium 57 minutes each day.
- Minimum 7K steps each day
