Rules and Regulations

  • This challenge can be done at anytime (just decide on the 21 day range that fits your schedule, however group challenges are done every two months.
  • The next "Group Challenge": January 10, 2022 Mon.
  • Beginning weigh-in for participating in the "Group Challenge" submit before or on ​January 10, 2022 Mon. before 9:00 am.
  • Weekly weigh ins: Every Monday before 9:00 am
  • Weekly Q&A Meetings via Zoom: Saturdays @ noon
  • Workout 7 days per week - minimum 50 minutes
  • Minimum of 8k steps per day
  • Follow meal plan: 7 days per week
  • Post your calories burned everyday and workouts
  • Meal prep everyday
  • No alcohol or juices
  • Minimum 80 oz. of water per day
  • Pray 7 days per day: prayers of gratitude
  • Everyday give a stranger a compliment
  • No complaining 
  • Ending weigh in submitted on January 31, 2022 Monday by 9:00 am or 21 days after your initial weigh in.
  • "Group Challenge": when participant compete against each other for the overall weight loss by percentage.
